These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the pet waste removal services (“Services”) provided by Furever Love, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Furever Love provides pet waste removal services on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Services include pickup, removal, and proper disposal of pet waste from residential properties.
Each visit includes removal of up to 5 gallons of waste.
Waste exceeding this limit will incur additional charges (see Section 7).
2. Service Schedule
Services are scheduled based on your selected frequency and starting date.
- One-Time Scoop: scheduled for the selected service day.
- Weekly Subscription: service performed weekly on the same day of the week as your start date.
- Bi-Weekly Subscription: service performed every 2 weeks on the same day of the week as your start date.
- Monthly Subscription: service performed on the same weekday and week of each month as your start date.
Example: If your start date is the first Sunday of the month, future services will occur on the first Sunday of each month, not on the same numerical date.
Please note: You do not select the exact time for the service.
Our team plans daily routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time. Your yard will be serviced sometime during your scheduled service day.
Each visit includes removal of up to 5 gallons of waste.
Waste exceeding this limit will incur additional charges (see Section 7).
3. Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather (including thunderstorms, icy conditions, or excessive snow), Furever Love may postpone or cancel scheduled services for safety reasons.
Customers will be notified by email or text message with the option to reschedule or skip that visit at no charge.
4. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that our team can safely access the agreed-upon area during your scheduled service day.
- Gates must be unlocked.
- Paths must be clear of obstacles, snow, or ice.
- Pets should be restrained or kept indoors during service.
If we are unable to perform service due to access issues, we reserve the right to bill for the visit or reschedule at our discretion.
Customers will be notified by email or text message with the option to reschedule or skip that visit at no charge.
5. Subscription & Billing
Furever Love offers the following service plans:
🐾 One-Time Scoop
- Flat rate of $50
- First-time customers receive a 50% discount, paying $25
- Payment is due at the time of booking
🐾 Subscriptions
You may choose between:
- Auto-billed subscriptions (cancel anytime)
- Yearly prepayment options with 10% OFF
Plans:

Each subscription includes up to 5 gallons of pet waste per visit.
Additional charges may apply (see Section 7).
Note: You will be billed upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Payment Options:
- Auto-billing: All subscription plans are billed monthly, regardless of how often the service is provided (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your selected plan determines the frequency of service, but payment will be processed once per month in advance. No partial-month refunds will be issued for cancellations after a billing cycle has begun.
- Yearly Payment: Customers can opt to pay for 12 months upfront at a 10% discounted rate. This payment is non-refundable once service begins.
Cancellation:
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled service.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel or pause recurring service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or our contact form.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed visits due to:
- Inaccessible property
- Aggressive pets preventing service
- Failure to provide cancellation notice within 24 hours
In case of inclement weather (see Section 3), you may request a refund or reschedule.
7. Scoop Limit & Extra Charges
Each visit includes removal of up to 5 gallons of pet waste.
- Additional waste will incur a charge of $5 per extra gallon.
- Waste haul-away is available for an additional $5 per visit.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Maintain safe and accessible entry to your yard.
- Keep pets secured during service visits.
- Notify us of hazardous conditions on your property.
- Maintain reasonable lawn conditions (grass not excessively tall, no heavy debris, etc.).
If our team cannot perform the service due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions, the visit may be skipped and billed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Furever Love is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to lawns or landscaping
- Minor incidental contact with yard elements during normal service
- Health or behavior of pets (it is your responsibility to ensure pet vaccinations and safety)
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Taxes
At this time, Furever Love services are provided at flat rates, and no sales tax is applied unless required by law.
If state or local tax law changes, we reserve the right to update our billing practices accordingly.
11. Payment Policy
- One-Time Scoops: payment required at time of booking.
- Subscriptions: payment auto-billed per plan cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Accepted payment methods will be listed on the payment page.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, submitting a form, or checking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
